In my 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, gained in VW, Molex, DIF-Deville, Valmet Automotive, Sanden, MBPneumatyka, I had the opportunity to:
- Conduct nearly 100 audits of the VDA process, including audits under the supervision of OEMs;
- Conduct over 30 potential analyzes for TIER1 suppliers;
- Represent companies during almost 100 audits done by customers, OEMs and in the field of reclassification, D / TLD and ISO9001: 2008 and 2015 certification, ISO-TS and IATF;
- Carry out the production transfer in the course of 28 construction parts in series production within 4 months with the receipt of production together with the OEM;
- Implement over 50 development projects of suppliers;
- Conduct projects to remove the special state of the supplier in VW;
- Carry out D / TLD audits confirmed by the customer;
- Lead projects related to process optimization in the enterprise – Value Stream Mapping;
- Obtain confirmed effective transitions from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015;
- Manage transition projects from ISO / TS to IATF;
- Start production processes at suppliers for clients:
